What is PIP?
PIP creates fun, has fun and raises funds!
For the first time, there is an opportunity at CRMS for parents to engage at the middle school level and stay involved through communications, fun community events and incredible volunteer opportunities.
Why The PIP?
Parent involvement typically drops off as the kids get older, usually after elementary school. However, research shows that students with involved parents are more likely to:
Earn higher grades and test scores, and enroll in higher-level programs;
Be promoted, pass their classes, and earn credits;
Attend school regularly;
Have better social skills, show improved behavior, and adapt well to school; and
Graduate and go on to postsecondary education.
The Parent Involvement Program is your “CRMS family” working together to support our students, school and community through communication, and enrichment and community events.
